Founded as the WBA
The Web3 Builders Alliance was created because there was a shortage of experienced developers needed to develop the necessary ecosystems. Just one week after opening, the bear market began.
Refined. Redirected.
Luna crashed. Three Arrows went under and took a lot of balance sheets with them, including ours. The market hollowed out. We widened our lens, signed a pilot deal to bring the model to Solana, and then FTX imploded. SOL fell to $6. A lot of organizations folded. We didn't. We went quiet and got to work.
First Cohorts. Real Contracts.
Training on Solana mainnet with live contracts, not toy projects. Rust, Anchor, DeFi, the actual stack. First graduates placed at the Solana Foundation and protocols that mattered.
WBA becomes Turbin3.
Doubling down wasn't just a mindset. It was a structural decision. We expanded the vision: not just training, but workforce development. A dev shop. A placement arm. We built production projects for Solana Foundation, Wormhole, Ondo, and Bio Protocol. Over 15 dev shop projects delivered. We placed over 300 developers at Triton, Squads, Ackee, Jupiter, Anagram, Phase Labs, and more. By 2025, we had trained 2,000+ developers and worked with 200+ hiring companies.
The Next Problem.
Web3 is maturing. AI is reshaping every industry. TradFi is coming on-chain. The gap between where the workforce is and where it needs to be is widening fast. We've already trained teams at Ledger, IO Builders, Forvis Mazars, and Magic Eden. Now we're building the workforce development platform for this next era, where Web3, AI, and TradFi converge. We've always shown up early. That's not changing.
