Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of turbin3.org (the “Site”), operated by Turbin3 (“we”). By using the Site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. What the Site is

The Site is informational. It describes Turbin3's developer training, enterprise training, and Solana developer placement, and lets you contact us through forms. It doesn't process payments, host accounts, or deliver the programs themselves, which run under their own separate agreements.

2. Using the Site

By using the Site you represent that any information you submit is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it. You agree not to: use the Site unlawfully; submit false or fraudulent information; attempt unauthorized access; scrape it in violation of robots.txt or in a way that burdens our systems; reverse-engineer it; transmit malware; or interfere with others' use.

3. Intellectual property

All Site content, including text, graphics, logos, images, video, and code, is owned by Turbin3 or its licensors and protected by law. You may view it and share links for personal, non-commercial use, but not copy, republish, or create derivative works without our written permission. “Turbin3” and its logos are our trademarks; other marks belong to their owners.

4. Third-party content

The Site links to and embeds third-party services (including YouTube, X, LinkedIn, GitHub, and Discord). We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices; your use of them is subject to their own terms.

5. Forms and inquiries

Submitting a form doesn't obligate us to respond, provide services, make a placement, or enter any contract. Any services we provide are governed by separate written agreements.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The Site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that its content is accurate, and you rely on it at your own risk. Nothing on the Site is legal, financial, or professional advice, and outcomes shown in testimonials or case studies are not guarantees of future results.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Turbin3 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability is limited to USD $100. You agree to hold Turbin3 harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

7. Changes and governing law

We may change the Site or these Terms at any time; material changes are reflected in the “Last updated” date above, and continued use means you accept them. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Turbin3 is organized, and any dispute will be resolved in that jurisdiction's courts unless applicable law provides otherwise.
