Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 19, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Turbin3 (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit turbin3.org (the “Site”). We aim to keep this policy short and in plain language because we collect very little.
1. Information we collect
Information you submit via forms. When you fill out our hiring or enterprise training inquiry forms, we collect the information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, company name, role, team size, and any message content. Providing this information is voluntary.
Automatic technical information. When you visit the Site, our servers temporarily process standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, and referring URL. We use IP addresses in short-lived memory (up to one hour) to prevent form abuse. We do not persist this data to long-term storage.
Cookies and similar technologies. Turbin3 does not set its own cookies or use analytics trackers. Some pages embed third-party content (for example, YouTube videos) that may set cookies when you interact with that content. See Third-party services below.
2. How we use information
We use the information you submit to:
- Respond to your hiring, training, or general inquiries;
- Match candidates with hiring partners or configure training engagements;
- Communicate with you about our programs and services;
- Prevent abuse, fraud, and unauthorized use of the Site.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.
3. Third-party services
We rely on a small number of third-party providers to operate the Site:
- Google Workspace (Google LLC). Form submissions are forwarded to Google Sheets via Google Apps Script, where our team reviews them to respond to inquiries. Google processes this information under its own privacy policy.
- YouTube (Google LLC). Video testimonials are embedded from YouTube. If you play a video, YouTube may set cookies and collect usage data under its own privacy policy.
- Hosting provider. The Site is hosted on infrastructure that processes standard server logs as part of serving traffic. These logs are not used for marketing or profiling.
4. Legal basis (EU/UK visitors)
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your information based on:
- Your request (to respond to the inquiry you submitted);
- Our legitimate interests (to operate and secure the Site, and to understand demand for our programs);
- Your consent (for optional interactions, which you can withdraw at any time).
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access a copy of the information we hold about you;
- Request correction of inaccurate information;
- Request deletion of your information;
- Object to or restrict certain processing;
- Request portability of your information in a machine-readable format;
- Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@turbin3.org. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and within any timeline required by applicable law.
6. Data retention
We keep inquiry information only as long as needed to respond, follow up, and maintain reasonable business records. If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so unless we are legally required to keep it.
7. International transfers
The Site and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required by law, we rely on recognized legal mechanisms (including Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable) to safeguard international transfers.
8. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information collected through the Site. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children's privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided information, please contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be communicated through the Site.
